The new ACSW Competence Program will open January 1, 2026!
Please click here to log in to the registrant portal and complete your self-assessment activities and professional development plan between January 1 and January 31, 2026. In order to meet all requirements in the Competence Program, please ensure you also complete the second phase; your evaluation and reflection activities, by December 31, 2026. Participation in the Competence Program is a mandatory requirement of registration.
Please note:
• You are no longer required to upload continuing competence credits
• You are required to maintain a portfolio of continuing competence activities for a period of five years. We may request evidence of your participation in the program including your self-assessment, learning plan, or other proof of completion of continuing professional development

December webinars are designed to introduce the upcoming changes, preview what is new and support registrants to learn about the new Competence Program; while January webinars will focus on supporting registrants to complete the professional development plan and self-assessment activities.
