We have made changes to the way you interact with ACSW! We have modernized our website and built a more reliable, easy-to-use system that will not only strengthen our ability to protect the public and better regulate the growing social work profession in Alberta; it will simplify your registration and optimize access to everything you need to practice.

If you are experiencing issues with logging in, please follow the steps below or watch this short video for step-by-step instructions with how to log in for the first time:
Logging in to the new registrant portal:
Step 1: Click on the “Registrant Portal” button, at the top right of the website.
Step 2: Click on “Forgot your password”.
Step 3: Enter your primary e-mail address. This is also your username.
Step 4: Enter the code provided, into the box below the username field.
Step 5: Click “Submit”.
Step 6: You will receive a link in your primary e-mail inbox to reset your password.
Step 7: Click on the link provided in the e-mail and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Step 8: You will receive a verification code in your primary e-mail inbox.
Step 9: Copy and paste the provided code into the box on the login verification webpage and click “Submit”. You should now be logged in to the registrant portal.
